If you find a lower tuxedo rental price at any competitor on an identical tuxedo rental, just show us the lower price when you rent from Formal America or Mister Penguin and we’ll give you 125% of the difference (up to $50) off our tuxedo rental.  Simply bring in the competitor’s ad. 

Our Best Price Guarantee is good on any tuxedo rental.  The tuxedo must be in stock and available for rental at that price from a formalwear retailer located within our store’s market. 

The tuxedo rental must be identical.  For example, it must be from the same manufacturer and carry the same brand name.  It must also have the same model number and contain the same components. 

Formal America and Mister Penguin reserve the right to verify a competitor’s product availability and price before issuing a price match guarantee. 

Available coupons and rebates can be deducted from the Formal America/Mister Penguin price to come up with a new net price.  For example, if you rent a tuxedo from us for $140 and we offer a $50 coupon, the net price is $90.  If the tuxedo rental is available from another company for $90 or more, there will be no price match.  However, if the tuxedo rental is available from another company for $80, the price match will be for $12.50 (125% of the difference).  The $12.50 is deducted from our original price of $90 and your price is now $77.50. 

If another company offers tuxedo rental that comes with a free or discounted item, and Formal America/Mister Penguin does not carry the item, there will be no price match.  

We may limit the quantity of an item that may be price-matched.  For example, if the other company limits the number you may rent, we may also limit the number.  In addition, Formal America reserves the right to limit quantities rented to a customer.  

We price match almost everything, however, we do not price match any Internet website tuxedo rentals unless the website operates a full service tuxedo rental store in any of our markets, wherever applicable.  We also don’t price match taxes or typographical errors.
