to Order: |

If you are registering your wedding party with
us, plan to visit one of our stores to reserve your wedding attire 3 to
6 months in advance of the wedding date. |

If you are attending a prom, reserve your tuxedo
1 to 2 months in advance of the event date. |
| » |
If you need to rent a tuxedo for a black tie
affair, reserve your tuxedo 1 month in advance of the event date. |
| » |
A non-refundable $25 down payment is due when
your tux order is placed. |

Weddings: |

Formal America & Mister Penguin offer a
complimentary preview fitting for every groom. Select your favorite tuxedo
style and we'll arrange a special date and time for you to come in and
see what you'll look like. Elimates any disappointment on your wedding
day! (No fittings available during the months of April and May). |

If you are asked to be part of a wedding party,
you must wear the ensemble the bride and groom have chosen for their wedding. |

| Picking-Up
Tuxedos: |

You will have the opportunity to try-on your
tuxedo the day you pick it up from one of our stores. It is our intention
to make sure your tuxedo fits you perfectly! |

Any remaining balances are due when you pick
up your tux. |
| Returning
Tuxedos: |

Be sure to check your pockets for any valuables
before you return your tux. |

Tuxedos are due back at your Formal America
or Mister Penguin store the next business day after your event. A $25
late charge will apply if the return is late! |
