Q: I'm getting married near a Mister Penguin store, however, one of my groomsmen is from another city. How do I handle this?
This is a situation that occurs frequently. Here's how to solve this dilemma...
First, your Out-of-Town Groomsmen is going to have to have his measurements taken near where he lives. We suggest he visit a local menswear store and ask for a 'courtesy measurement.' Most menswear stores will provide this service at little or no charge.
We have a Measurement Form available for use. Download a copy.

Once your Groomsmen has his measurements in hand, he may submit them to the Mister Penguin Store that is servicing your wedding by visiting this page on our website.

Your Mister Penguin Store will then use his measurements to prepare his tuxedo order. It will be ready for pick up when he arrives in town. It's that simple!

Q: My groomsmen can's seem to find a menswear or tailor shop to get measured at. What can I tell him?
We suggest he visit an authorized Jim's Formal Wear Retailer. He can Locate a Retailer here - (jimsformalwear.com will open in a new window).
Jim's Formal Wear is the parent company of Mister Penguin Stores. There are over 5000 Jim's Retailers across the nation.
Jim's Retailers have no affiliation with Mister Penguin Stores; they will not have information regarding your tux order or the wedding you may be in.
Simply instruct your groomsmen to visit their store and ask for a 'courtesy measurement.' Any Jim's Retailer will be happy to help and should provide this service at little or no cost!
